Twisted Customs 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Return

Items must be returned in their original condition, meaning they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Original tags must be attached.
Proof of purchase (e.g., your receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at sales@twistedcc.com to request a return authorization.
Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Package the item(s) securely, preferably in their original shipping box.
Ship the item(s) to [Your Return Address].

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Some items, such as certain electronics, custom-made goods, or items purchased from third-party sellers, may have different, shorter, or no return windows.

Powder Coating Payment and Refunds

TERMS – Payment is due upon completion of the order unless approved credit has been established. If the buyer fails to make any payments in accordance with the stated terms, Twisted Metal Inc reserves the right to hold shipments or deliveries until the terms are met or other arrangements are made. Interest will accrue on the buyer’s outstanding account balance from the date of invoice at the rate of 5% per month until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, for all delinquent accounts.

REFUNDS - Powder Coating is a custom service and does not provide refunds. We will redo any coatings that have defects casued by us.
